Not all, but many Seda Hotels offer pet-friendly accommodation. You may check with your chosen Seda Hotel when booking.
What are the requirements for my pet to stay?
We’re excited to welcome you and your furry companion! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you book your stay at least 48 hours in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Just a heads-up: we are unable to accommodate walk-in guests with pets, so please be sure to plan ahead!

Once connected, our Reservations Team will gladly walk you through our pet-friendly terms and the required documents.
Here’s what we’ll need from you:
- A copy of your pet’s veterinary health certificate
- An updated rabies vaccination certificate
- A signed waiver and release of liability
- A completed pet profile form
What kind of pets are welcome at your Hotel?
We welcome dogs and cats only, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Pets should be at least 1 year old, house trained and well – groomed.
Is there a weight limit for pets?
We want every pet to feel right at home! To help with that, we assign rooms based on your pet’s size:
- Smaller pets (up to 20kg) are welcome in our designated pet-friendly rooms.
- Larger pets (over 20kg) can stay comfortably in our Suite or Apartment room categories.
Is there additional fee for bringing my Pet?
Yes, there is a Pet Fee of Php 2,500 net per pet per night and monthly rate of Php 35,000 net. These include Seda cozy bed, food and water bowls and one (1) adorable Aspin plush toy to make your pet feel at home.
Rates are valid until December 31, 2025
Where can my Pet go during our stay?
Your pet is welcome to join you in the hotel lobby and your designated pet-friendly room. With prior approval, they may also enjoy certain areas of the pool deck.
To keep things safe and pleasant for everyone, pets aren't allowed in the restaurants or dining areas, gym, spa, or function rooms.

Is there a pet relief area?
Absolutely! You will receive a Pet Relief Area map and a Welcome Card when you check in.
Does my pet need to wear a diaper and be on a leash during our stay?
Yes, for a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that your pet stay on a leash when outside the room and wear a diaper.
Can I leave my pet in the room and what about Housekeeping?
It’s best not to leave your pet alone in the room, but if you really need to, just let the Front Desk know and leave an emergency contact number. Housekeeping will only enter if your pet is secured or under your supervision.
Is there a fee for pet-related damage?
Yes, if any repairs or deep cleaning are needed during your stay, the cost will be added to your account. Rest assured we’ll let you know before any charges are made.
What if my pet has an accident?
No worries! Let Housekeeping know right away. Charges may apply for major clean-up or damage.
What should I do if my pet makes excessive noises or disturbances?
You may receive a gentle reminder. If the issue continues, we may ask you to make alternative arrangements. Please note that Seda reserves the right to assess each pet on a case-by-case basis.
